Our Journals are designed specifically around your health and wellness journey and provide you with a method of easily tracking your goals, either throughout the day or throughout the year. 


Each journal is meant to cover you throughout 90 days of your journey.  Also, after every 7 days of consecutive use, there is a weekly summary that will display your progress. 


Also, there is a mindfulness component to our journals as well.  When you use this system, you are not only changing the way you eat, but you are changing your mindset about your life.  The journal will encourage you to focus on gratitude and also allow you to document struggles and set intentions for improvement. 


Furthermore, one of the most important aspects of any lifestyle improvement, and often the most difficult, is the amount of water consumed in a given day.  Our journal gives you a daily row of checkboxes, with the intent of marking off a box each time you drink 8 oz.  Do you struggle with getting to the water level you need?  Focus on simply adding a box to each day of the week, then adding two boxes the next week.
